I’ve been a copywriter and digital nomad for nearly 12 years, ever since graduating in journalism. Now, I’m writing about my personal experiences, research, mental health, and passions publicly for the first time.

Last year, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which I only discovered three years after being diagnosed with and treated for depression and addiction. Since that first breakthrough that brought me out of denial over four years ago, I’ve dedicated my life to studying the sciences and humanities in an effort to cut the wheat from the chaff in all things related to ‘self’ and mental health.

I found answers that I was never searching for that nevertheless turned out to be the missing pieces of the puzzle I needed. You might not want to hear some of these answers, but I believe you need to. And I’ll never make any claims without academic evidence to back them up.

Ultimately, breakthrough after breakthrough led to what you might call an ‘awakening’, when I finally understood the ‘self’ illusion, which tied together everything I’d learned so far across all fields of study and transformed my inner world and perception of the external world forever.

This profound realisation, fully explainable through mountains of scientific research, consumed my thoughts, so I started journaling about it, which eventually became a complete grassroots, science-based ‘philosophy of everything’ (Monothology) that draws on over 500 academic studies in just about all fields of study.

My mission is to spread this information as far and wide as possible. On the Monothology publication, you’ll find in-depth guides with references to peer-reviewed journal articles and studies so that you can check the evidence behind all my claims for yourself.

On my personal page and elsewhere on Medium, I’ll share insights from my 12 years as a digital nomad, 30 years in denial with depression and addiction, childhood trauma, four years of science-based recovery, encounters with unsung heroes from the far corners of the globe, unique travel experiences, and much more.

I hope to see you again soon!
